When I decided to go to Thailand, I was thinking in
changing my life, I was going through a very tough moment.
As soon as I arrived I knew my life was about to changing, I
just didn’t think that it will changed that much.
While I was in the taxi heading to Christian Daghio’s camp, I
couldn’t stop wandering if that was the right decision, I had no
practice in any fighting sports and not a clue about my chance to
handle the training sessions.
I made my decision after reaching 130 kg, and almost no willing
to have any social life I was hoping in find someone able to help me
in having a better life and regain my shape.
It took me a second after stepping in the camp to notice
what a charismatic leader is Christian, he manage the camp
with such an energy that I would never imagine someone may
have, along with Chris, there was also Roberto Guerriero, a
guardian angel if you ask me, he is a BJJ instructor, we
bond since the first days.
The program that Chris and Roby prepared to me was very hard, and
I had no idea of the result that may achieve, I was very close to
depression…
in the first weeks I haven’t saw any good result, just 2
or 3 kg and a lot of tiredness, and the willing to give up,
to come back home, but one day Roberto and Christian came in
my room to talk, they both noticed that there was something
wrong with me, I explained my situation, I didn’t knew that
the training will be that hard.
Roberto sat next to me and said me something that still help me
and inspire me
He said:
”I rather be happy for having the chance of fighting for the things I love, no matter how hard it is, than be unhappy by giving up this chance”
Something happened in my mind, I convinced myself that I
will capable of, because that’s what I wanted.
With a new energy I started again with my program, still
having some hard times some blue days when my mind wasn’t
that focus, but Roberto was always there for me, he’s the
personal trainer I always wanted to have.
After almost 4 month I drop more than 30 kg, I was happy, and be
able to feeling like this help me to regain my confidence coz my
emotional and professional life are improving.
Today I keep training at home, follow every advice I’ve
learn by far, the 30 kg are just a memory and my body keep
getting better and better
I’d like to thanks Christian Daghio, because his camp and staff
made my dream became real, and a special thanks also to Roberto
Guerriero, he was always there for me, manage to make me defeat my
inner demons, which is something that no one else was ever able to
do for me, he’s a fantastic person and I hope every client have the
chance to training with him, but especially to talk with him, and
I’m sure that if they do that they will find not only a great
personal trainer but also a true friend or how he was in my case an
angel who saved me from myself

Welcome, if you are reading this article it means that you are
looking for some information about our weight-loss program.
I hope this will provide you with explanations about our systems and
motivate you to come and join us for training.
So here we go, as soon as you arrive I will show you to your
accommodation and help you settle in. We will answer any questions
you may have about Thailand and our programs at the gym.
We will then take your measurements, weight and height. We will also
take a picture so that you will be able to see the changes you will
make during the time with us.
The first week will be about understanding your calorie count.
We will teach you various exercises, watch you perform and observe
your fitness level. With this information and your calorie intake,
we can design a diet which is tailored to suit your needs.
The same concepts it is apply also in how to training and rest.
As soon as you will be ready to follow the right diet and to perform
the exercise as the should be done, then this is will be your
routine
7:45 wake up , because your body give
his best at the early hours of the day, you will drink 4 spoon
of lemon droops to help your stomach in all the procedures and
functions.
8:00 it will be breakfast that as any other of the
meals it will be made to suit you.
8:30 the first running session, your
condition it will determinate how many lap you will do, and the
sooner your condition improve the same it will happen with the
amount of laps.
Back at the camp start the Muay Thai
training until 10:00.
From 11:00 to 11:30 you will join the BJJ warm up targeting the stamina, core strength, cardio and
flexibility. This is the last morning session.
Lunch and dinner have different times and amounts based on the
individual needs.
Water and electrolytes you will take all day all the time.
The afternoon session start once again
with the BJJ drills from 16:00 to 16:30.
17:45 it is time from the second
running session to get you ready for the Muay Thai session that
will last until 20:30.
During the day we will call you to join specific workout
circuits, where you will improve different areas of your condition,
by doing anabolic exercises so your body will increase the hormone
production and by consequence improve your performance.
We aim to increase your reactivity and cardio in order to get your
calories consume at pro levels and in your case to get the shape
that you are looking for and we are here to make this happen.
