As well as our regular Muay Thai and MMA training schedule which most of our fighters follow, Pattaya kombat also offers private training. Private training consists of as many or as few training sessions as required by the fighter. Each individual programme is discussed in detail with Christian and the fighter who will identify the training objectives and formulate the best way to achieve them. This will include appointing the correct instructors for the required lessons (as each have their own specialities) establishing the content of each lesson, and setting the tempo of the overall training programme. Each fighter's need are different; some people are just starting out and need to be given a good grounding in all the basics, some people simply want to get fit, while the more experienced fighters may have specific areas they need to improve. Plus, with regards to female boxing, some women prefer the personal touch from our, sometimes sympathetic, instructors.
