Kombat Group Huai Yai (Thailand) Co., Ltd offers information about and booking options for sports holiday packages. By using our website or booking through it, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined here.

Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with them, you may not use the website and/or our services.

We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the website after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms of Service apply to all interactions between Kombat Group Huai Yai (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and prospective or confirmed guests, starting from the moment a lead inquires about services or requests information via email, WhatsApp, social media, or any other communication channel. By engaging with Kombat Group through these means, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms govern your booking process, as well as any subsequent use of Kombat Group’s services and facilities.

1. Eligibility to Book

Minimum Age Requirements:

Children above 14 years old are eligible to participate in training programs. Children under 14 years old are welcome as accompanying guests but may not participate in training sessions. Guests under the legal age of adulthood in their country of residence must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of their stay. Guests under 18 years old (or the age of majority in their country) participating in training must provide written consent from their parent or legal guardian.

Health Confirmation:

By booking, the guest confirms that they are in good physical and mental health and have consulted their family doctor or specialist to ensure they can safely undergo physical training and activities in Thailand. Kombat Group will not be held responsible for health issues arising from pre-existing conditions or failure to obtain medical clearance prior to training. Guests also acknowledge that they may be required to sign a waiver upon arrival, accepting responsibility for any health risks associated with participating in training activities.

Travel Responsibility:

Guests are responsible for arranging their own flights, visas, and visa extensions. Kombat Group does not guarantees for visa approvals, but may provide assistance. It is the guest’s responsibility to ensure that their travel documents comply with Thai immigration requirements. Additionally, guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance that covers physical training, injuries, medical emergencies, and trip cancellations, as Kombat Group does not provide insurance coverage for guests.

Behavioral Responsibility:

By booking, guests agree to abide by the rules and policies of Kombat Group during their stay, including those related to training, accommodation, and use of facilities. Failure to comply with these rules may result in termination of the booking without refund. The person making the booking confirms that they are authorized to do so on behalf of themselves or any accompanying guests and agrees to provide accurate and truthful information during the booking process, including health declarations and personal details.

Refund and Cancellation Policy Reference:

Eligibility to book is also subject to the terms of Kombat Group’s refund and cancellation policies. Guests are encouraged to review these policies before completing their booking.

2. General Conditions

By using the services provided by Kombat Group Huai Yai (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Kombat Group”), guests agree to the following general conditions:

Guests acknowledge and accept that participation in training programs, use of facilities, and engagement in activities at Kombat Group involve inherent risks, including the potential for physical injury, accidents, or other unforeseen incidents. Kombat Group, its staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during participation in training or while on the premises, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. Guests participate at their own risk and are responsible for taking necessary precautions to ensure their safety.

Guests are required to use the facilities, equipment, and amenities provided by Kombat Group responsibly and as instructed. Any misuse of equipment or failure to follow staff guidelines may result in the termination of services without refund. Kombat Group reserves the right to deny access to its services and facilities to any individual who violates these conditions or behaves in a manner that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others.

Kombat Group is not responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables and use any available storage facilities at their own discretion. Kombat Group shall not be liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal items while on the premises.

Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to health, safety, and public conduct. Any unlawful behavior, including the possession of illegal substances or engaging in prohibited activities, will result in immediate expulsion from the premises without refund and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Kombat Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any services, training schedules, or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or staff availability. In such cases, every reasonable effort will be made to notify guests and provide alternatives or reschedule sessions where possible.

By engaging in Kombat Group’s services, guests agree to these general conditions and understand that non-compliance may result in the termination of their stay or participation without refund. Guests are encouraged to review these terms carefully and seek clarification if needed prior to booking or using the services.

3. Payment and Refund Policies:

By booking with Kombat Group Huai Yai (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“Kombat Group”), guests agree to the following payment and refund policies:

Payment Methods and Fees

A reservation must be paid in full prior to arrival to confirm your booking, and any remaining balance must be settled upon arrival. Failure to complete the payment may result in the refusal of services. Accepted payment methods include Bank transfers, Credit cards (subject to a 3% processing fee) and PayPal (subject to a 4.5% processing fee).

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT (7%) and any applicable bank or payment processing fees. Payment in cash upon arrival is also accepted, and Kombat Group accepts payments in multiple currencies, which may be subject to the exchange rate at the time of payment as stated on Bangkok Bank website.

Refund Policy

All payments made for packages, training, accommodation, or any other services are non-refundable. This includes deposits, partial payments, and final payments. Guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding refunds and cancellations:

  1. Cancellations Before Arrival: If a booking is cancelled prior to arrival, the no-refund policy still applies.
  2. No Refund for Unused Services: Kombat Group is not responsible for any loss of training, accommodation, or other services due to illness, injury, emergency situations, acts of God, or unforeseen circumstances.
  3. Shortened Stays or Travel Plans: If a guest chooses to cut their holiday short or travel during their stay, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the package.
  4. No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, the booking will be cancelled after 24 hours.
  5. Rescheduling: Kombat Group offers a rescheduling option; however, guests acknowledge that their originally chosen room and package may not be available for the new dates. In such cases, guests agree to accept a downgraded room without changing the original price or an upgraded room with additional charges applicable. Guests are encouraged to ensure they have appropriate travel and cancellation insurance to cover any unforeseen events that might impact their plans.

Accommodation Availability

Guests acknowledge that accommodation detailed on the website is subject to availability. Kombat Group reserves the right to place guests in an alternative accommodation type if the preferred option is unavailable at the time of arrival.

Changes to Packages

The package booked is considered fixed. Requests for changes will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional terms and fees:

  • A 2,000 baht administration fee will apply to any package changes.
  • Seasonal price increases may apply, and any existing special rates or discounts will no longer be valid.
  • Special offer rates available at the time of the change cannot be applied retroactively.

This Payment and Refund Policy is binding upon booking, and it is the guest’s responsibility to ensure they understand and agree to these terms. For any clarification, guests are encouraged to contact Kombat Group directly.

4. Booking Accuracy and Updates:

Kombat Group strives to ensure that all information regarding packages, training programs, accommodations, and schedules is accurate and up to date. However, occasional errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in package descriptions, pricing, availability, or other details may occur.

Kombat Group reserves the right to correct any such errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after a booking has been confirmed. In the event of significant changes to a booking due to such corrections, Kombat Group will notify the guest as soon as possible and provide suitable alternatives where feasible.

Guests acknowledge that accommodation, training schedules, and package availability are subject to change based on operational needs, staff availability, and unforeseen circumstances. Kombat Group does not guarantee that specific rooms, programs, or instructors will be available as advertised.

It is the guest’s responsibility to review their booking confirmation carefully and notify Kombat Group immediately of any discrepancies or concerns. Failure to report issues in a timely manner may result in limited options for resolution.

For any updates or changes that affect confirmed bookings, Kombat Group will make reasonable efforts to minimize inconvenience to the guest.

5. Prohibited Uses

By accessing or using Kombat Group’s website or services, guests agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  1. Unlawful Activities:
    • Using the website or services for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to engage in illegal activities.
    • Violating any applicable laws, regulations, or rules in your jurisdiction.
  2. Misrepresentation:
    • Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during the booking process or while using Kombat Group’s services.
  3. Disruption or Misuse:
    • Interfering with or circumventing the security features of the website, systems, or networks.
    • Misusing Kombat Group’s facilities, equipment, or services in a manner that poses safety risks or disrupts other guests’ experiences.
  4. Malicious Activities:
    • Uploading, transmitting, or distributing viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
    • Attempting to access, collect, or misuse the personal information of Kombat Group staff, guests, or website users.
  5. Unauthorized Access:
    • Using the website or facilities in a manner that exceeds the scope of authorized use, including attempting to access restricted areas or systems without permission.
  6. Inappropriate Behavior:
    • Engaging in harassment, abuse, intimidation, or discrimination against Kombat Group staff, other guests, or anyone associated with the services.
    • Using offensive, defamatory, or obscene language or behavior.

Kombat Group reserves the right to deny services, terminate bookings, or take legal action in response to violations of these prohibited uses. Guests found engaging in any of the above activities may be removed from the premises without a refund and could face additional penalties as permitted by law.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising under them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. You agree that any disputes regarding your booking or stay must be reported to the acting site manager during the dates of your booking. Every effort should be made to agree upon and settle disputes before you check out. Disputes raised after you have checked out will not be considered or resolved by us.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and applicable local laws, the local laws will take precedence to the extent required.
