OUR RECIPE

We have decades of experience in the field of Martial Arts and Weight Loss. Thanks to our combined knowledge, we managed to create an engaging Weight Loss Program that really works!

The different disciplines included in each package will keep things fun and interesting and the wonderful atmosphere at our resort will make you feel right at home.

In our gym, there is no place for big egos or any type of judgement. Nobody cares about looks or abilities. Everyone is focused on reaching their own personal goals and will help and support you to reach yours as well.

MARTIAL ARTS WILL BOOST YOUR FAT LOSS!

Muay Thai, Boxing and Functional Training are the main focus of your program.
In total you will participate in two training sessions per day: in the morning from 08:00 to 10:30 and in the afternoon from 16:00 to 19:00.
But don’t be afraid, as each lesson is structured according to your skills and your endurance. You will be so involved that you will arrive at the end of the day without even realizing it!

Besides shedding pounds, you will also have a lot of fun learning:

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is the national sport of Thailand, and there is no better physical activity to lose weight. Also known as the “art of 8 limbs”, you will use your fists, elbows, knees and shins in a way you never have before.

Western Boxing

Boxing is, without a doubt, a very safe and enjoyable way to lose weight. Learn to punch, duck and be quick on your feet during the Western Boxing classes.

Functional Training

Functional training is our best ally when we want to lose body fat. All exercises can be adapted to your abilities, and you will be astonished by how quickly you progress.

Your optional classes are:

Krav Maga

Learn to protect yourself with techniques based on this close-combat self-defence form. Krav Maga uses simple techniques to defend yourself quickly and effectively.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

BJJ is special in the way that it is not linked to a certain age, weight or size, which makes it suitable for everyone. This “gentle art” doesn’t involve striking but uses mainly locks and chokes to subdue the opponent.

Mixed Martial Arts

Mixed Martial Arts are becoming more and more popular. A round of ground&pound will surely make you sweat from the second one!

On your last day, we will get to see the results of all your hard work by checking how much body fat and how many cm you lost. The biggest surprise, however, will surely be your before and after photos. You will leave the camp as a new person with LOST weight but GAINED fitness, health, confidence and friendships.

RELAX AND HAVE FUN

Our Weight Loss Program’s secret is combining workouts and healthy food with a lot of rest and relaxation!

Between training sessions, you have all the time you need to refresh in the pool, enjoy a sunbath or unwind with a massage.

The weekend can be used for a day at the beach, a visit to temples and other attractions or for some shopping and nightlife in Pattaya.
Our guests often like to go out together as a group, so you can find company easily if you so wish. Check out the many possibilities for how you can spend your free time.
