For those enrolled in the Weight Loss program, the day begins with a refreshing glass of water and lemon, along with essential multivitamins and amino acids, at 07:30. The training regimen kicks off with invigorating Functional Training at 8:00, followed by a choice of either Boxing or Muay Thai at 09:00.
For the adventurous spirits, there’s an optional ice bath experience at 10:30, paired with a rejuvenating breathwork session. Alternatively, a hearty breakfast awaits after the morning training, followed by a satisfying lunch at 13:00.
Between the morning and afternoon training sessions, some guests may opt for private lessons included in their package, making it the perfect time to refine their skills. Otherwise, it’s an ideal period for relaxation – whether that means enjoying a soothing massage, lounging by the pool, or simply taking it easy.
At 16:00, the day picks up with another round of invigorating Functional Training, followed by two hours of either Muay Thai or Boxing. For those interested in exploring a new discipline, there’s the option of a one-hour Krav Maga session at 17:00.
Dinner is served after a well-deserved shower, and the evening is yours to enjoy, whether you prefer mingling with fellow guests or unwinding in peace.
